We went to see the play and the staff were nice enough, especially when we asked for help finding our seats. They were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. But getting in through the doors felt a bit chaotic?! It just seemed like things could’ve been more organised. Overall, decent experience, just a little messy at the start.

I can’t say if every seat is like this, but mine felt really tight. I could barely move my legs, and after about an hour the seat started getting uncomfortable

There were definitely a few magical moments, and I can see why some people would love it. But for me, it just didn’t land as hard as I expected. Maybe I missed something or wasn’t in the right mood, but yeah, I left feeling a little mixed.

I was a little unsure at first, but the mobile tickets came through on my phone just fine.

The cast was really solid all around, and the acting stood out to me. I just wish my take on it hadn’t been kind of dismissed when I brought it up, because I thought the performances were genuinely worth talking about

It did get a little cramped near the doors afterward, but something about it still felt manageable overall.

The site was easy enough to use and I found what I needed quickly. That said, I was disappointed when the price jumped at the very last step because the fees weren’t clear upfront. I still ended up completing the order, but I’d feel a lot better about using it again if the full cost was shown earlier...

I don’t know, everyone just felt kind of off to me. Like they had the same names as the characters from the books, but their personalities didn’t really match. It made it hard to get into because I kept thinking, that’s not really how they’d act...

Honestly , the choreography was unreal . You could feel the energy from the whole performance , and it made the stage come alive

I contacted support expecting the usual waiting game, because apparently that’s just what we all accept now, right? But nope, they replied super fast. Like, actually fast. I was surprised and a little annoyed that this isn’t the standard everywhere...

I tried checking a bunch of different dates, and somehow everything was either sold out or had barely any seats left. Super convenient, obviously, when all you’re trying to do is book normal tickets like a regular person. Frustrating experience overall

I booked through the site and was really looking forward to the show, which ended up being a lot of fun. But the access info for the venue wasn’t clear at all. The lift was far away, the staff seemed a bit confused about where to send us, and getting to our seats took aaages. Loved the actual show, but the accessibility side definitely needs some work.

I had a great time with it. The whole vibe pulls you in quickly, and the music was probably the highlight for me. It added a bit of magic without feeling overdone. The site was also straightforward to use, so credit where it’s due. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because a few pages loaded a little slowly on my end, but overall it was a really good experience...

I went in mostly just curious about how they’d pull off all the magic live, but I ended up getting way more into it than I expected. The special effects were the highlight for me. Some of the tricks genuinely caught me off guard, and it had that fun feeling where you can’t help but smile because you’re trying to figure out how they did it. A few moments were a little too dark or happened so fast that I felt like I missed part of the impact, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the overall experience felt exciting and memorable. Not totally perfect, but I left feeling like it was definitely a great night.

I went in not totally sure what to expect, i ended up loving it. The story grabbed me quickly, and for what it’s worth, I do think it still felt like Harry Potter without just recycling everything from before.
The pacing was one of the best parts for me. I know some people might say certain scenes move too fast, but I didn’t see that as a bad thing at all. It kept things fun and easy to stay with, and I never felt bored, even during the longer parts. Easy 5 stars from me.

The illusions with the spells, the moving objects, and the scene changes were my favorite. It actually felt magical without looking cheesy or too fake, which I really appreciated.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because a few parts felt like they dragged a bit for me. But overall, it was a really fun night, and the stage effects alone are definitely worth seeing.

I was really looking forward to going, but the ticket prices were already high and then the added fees just felt unnecessary. By the time everything was totaled up, it didn’t feel worth it for a normal night out. Fun idea, but the cost is way too much for what you actually get...

I tried booking on my phone and had a annoying time. The page kept timing out, the seats I picked changed on me, and the checkout steps weren’t very clear. After three tries I just gave up. If you’re planning to book, I’d say maybe use a laptop if you can and double-check your seats before paying.

I took my 8-year-old, and to be fair, I can see how older kids might enjoy it more. For us, though, it felt a little too long, and a few parts were louder and more intense than I expected. She got bored about halfway through and seemed a bit unsettled during some scenes. I don’t think it’s a bad choice overall, just maybe not the best fit for younger kids.

I went into this really hoping it would give me that same Harry Potter feeling from the books. You know, silly me, expecting the characters to actually sound like themselves. Harry, Hermione, and Draco all felt weirdly off, like someone skimmed a summary of them and called it a day.
The time travel plot was also a mess and felt way more like fanfic than anything canon. And not even the fun kind of fanfic, either. I finished it feeling annoyed, which is always such a lovely way to leave a story from a world you actually love.
